There are moments in life when something is ending and something new has not yet fully arrived. These threshold moments invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and consciously participate in our own unfolding. While they can be uncomfortable, they also offer profound opportunities for healing, renewal, and becoming more fully ourselves.

Together, we will explore the energetics of these times, the wisdom of liminal spaces, and the archetypal themes that invite us to release, renew, and realign with what matters most. Through guided practices, reflection, and meaningful conversation, participants will cultivate greater authenticity, discernment, and well-being while learning to navigate life’s seasons of change with greater awareness and intention.

Gathering One: Clearing Space for What Matters focuses on the essential work of release. Before something new can emerge, we are often invited to let go of old patterns, expectations, habits, or ways of being that no longer support who we are becoming. By creating space within ourselves, we open the possibility for greater clarity, vitality, and authenticity.

Gathering Two: Renewal & Becoming turns toward what is ready to emerge. Thresholds are not only places of uncertainty—they are also places of possibility. As we create space for what matters, we become more available to the qualities, values, and possibilities seeking expression in our lives. This gathering invites participants to reflect on what is calling for renewal and embodiment as they step into a new season of life. Together, we will explore authenticity, purpose, and what it means to consciously participate in our own becoming.
