Susan gave this workshop to the Women’s Health Conference in New Hampshire to 98 delighted participants this past April.
Sacred Geometry Workshop, Saturday, 10/17; 10-11AM; Working with the Major Arcana, 1-2:15PM; Working with the Minor Arcana, 3-4:15PM; 55 Clover Lane, Waterbury VT; $50 each, or all 3 for $125; to register, call Sue (802) 244-7909
Sacred Geometry studies the ratios and proportions of natural forms and their reflections in art, architecture and music. It is a study of the whole and its parts through relationship of form and spatial order. Contemplation of these geometric patterns reveals a mathematical elegance in the creative process of the unfolding universe. In this workshop fundamental ideas of sacred geometry will be described, followed by questions and answers, sharing and discussion. Participants may experience a new understanding of the unfolding of life forms built on geometric structure, along with inspiration, a sense of wonder and awe, and a deeper connection to the creative force. The two afternoon workshops are on Pythias Sacred Geometry Tarot, which uses the Tarot to reflect on the past, and find clarity and consciousness in the present, and move into the future with intention and an allowing of the unfolding of the life path. The Major Arcana is used as a tool for contemplation of the archetypal symbols, via Katenia’s original Pythias Sacred Geometry Tarot cards. Participants will have the opportunity to connect privately with the images and ask questions at any time. Divided into 4 elemental suits which reflect details in daily human experience, the Minor Arcana can also symbolize other species and life forms. This workshop aims to remind participants of our connectedness with other life forms and what we may learn from them. Led by Katenia Keller, a performance and visual artist and author of the Pythias Sacred Geometry Tarot, a five-year painting and writing project. Her work has been shown at various galleries and public spaces, including Colby College and the C.G. Jung Center for Analytical Psychology, Brunswick ME. Katenia will be available on Sunday for private half-hour readings, from 10AM to Noon, and 1-3PM.
These courses may not be repeated in the near future, so take advantage of these opportunities now!
