Soul Collage® is a deeply satisfying, nurturing, self-discovery process
combining imagery with imagination and intuition. Discover your instinctive,
inner creative self using the simple tools of images, scissors, and glue!
Artistic skills are not required, only your willingness to participate as
images magically find you, revealing important aspects of who you are. At
this workshop you will receive: an overview of Soul Collage®; time to
complete 2-4 collaged cards (the beginnings of your personally-created Soul
Collage® deck); an invitation to tap into your inner wisdom by learning the
process of how the cards are speaking to you; an opportunity to connect with
others in a relaxed and playful atmosphere. A ³time-out² just for you to
nurture and nourish your soul. Facilitated by Joan Palmer, trained Soul
Collage® facilitator.

 

Fairy Tales and Their Deeper Meaning

A Tale-of-the-Month Club, Continuing Mondays:  There is a lot more to Snow White and Cinderella than the Disney cartoons would have you believe. Discover the depth of wisdom in familiar and some not-so-familiar fairy tales in this student-generated reading club.

An advanced course that integrates many of the other workshops in the Via Practica as well as several other courses in the Center’s curriculum, to foster students’ integration of the discoveries and insights made over years of living and learning. Via a wealth of exercises and assessment instruments students gain a sense of their unique spiritual path, as well as the various components of the soul’s journey, set in the context of the individuation process.

The Zen of Flower Arranging

Saturday, June 2, 2012 - 9:30am to 2:00pm

 

Taught by Sara Waskuch, former florist and presently teaches classes on creativity.  Learn some basic floral design skills and then let your creatiivty take flight!  We will explore the creative process of bringing form, color, balance and depth into focus using meditative practices.  You will have a finished floral piece to take home.  Morrisville.  Fee:  $45 includes materials and light snack.  Contact Sara:  888-3802 to sign up.
